Muriel "Cobb" Klein (2)

Backstory
Born into the extremely wealthy Klein family [Human] of the Bordelon Delta in Lavache, Muriel was always the odd one out in a comically large family. He has 8 siblings and step siblings. His parents have both been remarried several times and he finds them all to be vapid, greedy, narcissist's and wanted nothing to do with them. He longed to find a way out of the high society cesspool his family nestled so deeply in and found out early the value of staying unseen and being silent. Moving stealthily throughout the family manner was a wonderful way to overhear many secrets that would surely drown the family in scandal and infamy. Using these secrets, he funded his travels away from his family, their influence, and their name. Far...far away. He travelled to far off countries and adopted a completely different lifestyle. He had coin and used it when needed but he slept on the ground, ate rough, scrounged what he could. He got mugged and beat up, he got arrested, he almost died from trying poison berries accidentally. He lived. Those first 3 years were tough, but they didn't kill him and he learned more than he ever dreamed [Wayfarer]. He had become a successful outdoorsman. He could survive in the wilderness and protect himself but it wasn't until he met the "Wunjin" from "Grabaria" that Cobb truly became a "Ranger". Cobb landed on "Grabaria" looking forward to a new challenge and learning the customs and intricacies of this new land and was wholly unprepared for the life altering teachings of "Wunjin". This is where he first saw magic and was taught how to tap into elements of nature and use it's resources to strengthen yourself, weaken your prey, and survive even the harshest of environments [Ranger]. The name Cobb is a useful way of not going by the more recognizable family name, not a concern in Barovia likely, but also a souvenir from a horrific story during his 1st year on his own. He was working as a day laborer on a corn farm when it was attacked by several giant rats. All the laborers scattered and fled rather than stand their ground and try to defend themselves with daggers, clubs, or scythes. Muriel got tripped up and his dagger skidded out of his hands to be lost amongst the surrounding stalks of corn. Soon enough he had 3 of the beasts climbing onto his torso as the other farmers fled for safety, sure they'd never see him alive again. Moments later, Muriel limped out of the field covered in blood and carrying nothing but a bloody stumped cob of corn dripping gore and viscera in a trail behind him. The farmers erupted in shock and joy at seeing him alive and the nickname Cobb was bestowed upon him. He sees this as a baptism of sorts. A badge of honor and the moment his true self was born. He happily adopted the nickname
